But fear not, it's easy to reset! Log onto the main website and submit a ticket! At the very top of the page, there are multiple different sections of the website. Click on the "Support" tab On this you can see your previously submitted tickets and tickets that are still in process. Tickets at most, can take up to 24 hours (Tickets submitted over the weekend will not be answered till Monday) to be answered, but you can speed up the process by providing the following information when you submit your ticket: Be sure you type your message before hitting the submit button. Any ticket that is sent with an empty subject will be automatically closed. We have every right to close a ticket and deny a request when someone cannot follow instructions or seems to not own the account and is trying to get access to it. For your own account's security, DO NOT lose access to your email or forget what email is registered. We do NOT offer email changes and we will not tell you the email that is registered to an account. If you no longer have access to the email registered with your account, additional information will be required. If you cannot give the required information, then we cannot reset or recover your account. This is for INGAME CHARACTER and SECONDARY PASSWORDS only.
