No Start Game Button/Login

I downloaded the game yesterday and it played perfectly, but the next day when I tried to load it, everything seemed fine until I reached the main menu. There was no start game or login option, just the "Eden Eternal Awakens" title on the screen. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Edit: I figured it out it was a matter of screen resolution if anyone finds themselves in the same predicament go to the file folder click the 'client' module and manually set the values as shown

Hi! I once played this game I think about 13 years ago when level 29 was the cap, however I am back - I was just wondering however if there is a guide anywhere on what dungeon drops what? I am level 27 medic and clueless on what dungeons drop gear ready for level 30+ ? Thanks all

There might be some VGN website problem with the support section? When creating a ticket, the website indicates the following:

In addiiton, the ticket is not displayed in the ticket list after that.

I tried two times - the second time was to actually verify what the system message was saying and to capture the beforementioned screenshot.

This was in the Scarlet Blade support section. But maybe it is a general issue for both games.

I am unable change my Vendetta account password, I receive the recovery email, but tell me "ERROR: Some information given was incorrect. Unable to process request." The only field that you can give information into is the new password field...

Hello, I am a returning player and I trying to download the client but it doesn't seem to work. It only downloads a small 5MB RAR folder. The browser says the download is being offered over HTTP instead of the HTTPS the file link is claiming. Any assistance?

Weird Crash

So I just returned to Scarlet Blade, created a new character and played for awhile, everything was fine. But when I tried to swap to one of my older characters, a Shadowalker, last location was Mereholt, the game instantly crashes and displays an empty message box. I seriously do not what happened, even verified files but can someone please help?

Hi, I'm trying to redownload this game after playing a long time ago but I'm having issues downloading the game.

I tried clicking the link it just opens a tab and automatically closes. I also tried copying the link for the installer, it just downloads a 5mb zip. Tried to also download it on different browsers like Chrome, Opera, Safari, and Firefox but still no luck.

Can anybody help with this problem? It would be appreciated.

FIXED - Doesn't launch Scarlet Blade game.

As soon as I play PLAY, launcher goes away, nothing happends. No window pops up, no xigncode starts, nothing happends in the task manager.

So far I tried:
disabling the windows firewall,
restarting pc,
reinstalling,
installing it on a HDD instead of a SSD,
unplugged bluetooth,
unplugged 1 screen,
updated windows,
run it as administrator,
tried compatibility running on XP SP3/SP2 and windows 7 and windows XP,
closed all apps and tried to run it including Discord
malwarebytes turned off,
no other antivirus is installed,
verified the game,
ran it from desktop and inside the folder to ensure the right file,
rechecked DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++,
added the folder in the firewall virus exception list,
added the SB, SB launcher and the XM from xigncode into the firewall acception list (Inbound Rules and Outbound Rules).
latest graphics drivers

This has been going on for atleast a year or 2 and tried another shot today but again nothing.

My PC:
Windows 10 64bit - updated Today
SSD / HDD available
32GB RAM
1660SUPER (6GB)
Antivirus available: Windows antivirus (which is turned off atm)
Antimalware available: none
Graphic drivers up to date.

Tried alot of forum posts here. What worked:
Type “Performance” in Windows Search > Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows > Data Execution Prevention > Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select: > enter both SBLauncher and ScarletBlade exes.
This made it work!!! Thank you!!

[Scarlet Blade] Crashing in Mereholt

When I got to the Mereholt area, my game crashed, showing a blank message box in error. This happens every time after logging into that character after about 5 seconds in the game in this area. I have currently verified the files on both the game, the redistributable, and the DX9 files along with double checking that the game is whitelisted on my firewall, which it is, and the problem persists. I am at my wits end with the issue.

Hello, i want to ask if anyone ever have same problem like me, this is very annoying and make my EE not playable

Issue : After I log into the game, within 5 to 10 minutes "Connection to Server Lost" will appear. and i must re-login, When I log back in, it says "This account is being used" that make me to re-login twice.
My internet connection is good, even i try use VPN/GPN, and change my ISP its still same, if there anyone have same issue like me please help this problem appear suddenly since August 8 until now.

I've tried all fixed listed in this post, none of them work. I've tried running as administrator, allowing it through firewalls, disabling anti-virus, etc, absolutely no progress whatsoever.

GameGuard Error

Every time I try to start the game the GameGuard error appears saying it is being blocked by my firewall. I've pretty much tried everything even turning off my Windows Firewall, adding the xm.exe to the whitelist and running the program as well as the launcher and primary Scarlet Blade application in different compatibility modes and as Administrator but nothing will work. I can't change any networking configs because I'm on wireless connection and also I tried installing the program from a drive other than C.
