  1. either way the blanket fix for boosters didn't end up fixing that, did it ?
  2. does that affect the arkana data chip too? is it a permanent thing or a blanket fix till server exp gets fixed? and how does this fix DV since the last patch was suppose to double DV EXP? Still missing a x2 multiplier for there
  3. That's just due to lag, but also now Overkill uses Penetration's animation

Correct to a point, was the GS's decision to try stripping off the Physical completely, I knew it was gonna hurt, but actually surprised about how much exactly, as in current cap the physical to chakra ratio in terms of damage dealt has a big difference, which was why during the talks I suggested to buff the Chakra to try and compensate a little for the loss, but in the end it didn't play out right it seems. Most likely the passive will get readjusted again, from what I heard the trial will be is that the Chakra damage on the passive will come down, and some of the physical bonus will return, and with such, the other portion of the physical damage originally tied to Damage Passive will be attached to Firing Squad

I don't know why people are complaining about a lot of gap, when even prior to these changes Pu has always just naturally had a lot of gap cause thats how it was based around and we've always just had naturally long CDS on everything, even our Mech when used in pvp leaves a big gap, We're not suppose to SE's with fast CD skills. And I can say there is ways to do skill rotations if you take functioning builds. Ive had lots of time practicing on Bosses and people in the past to get things down right, watching animation, doing animation cancelling just overall studying the character and what it can do. again as I wrote earlier ,specifically more toward the Plasma tree atm, its why the high ranks give better DoT rewards, as a bonus for investing it in. Dot opens up a different play style for PU, cause again as DoT even stands for Damage over time, where as if you're playing buff build you're lookin more towards the old mech burst build. DoT wasn't suppose to be a plus on top of buffs, was suppose to be more as an alternative to buffs, and looking at Beau skill simulator I see why ppl are there are complaints about gaps. If those are the kinds of builds people are trying to run with dots on top of buffs, no wonder you have gaps. And that's prob the mistake from moving Overkill over free of the first tree line as prior you would need points in all those for overkill, and then actually have skills to use for gaps. Been toying around on the simulator with functional less gappy builds possible for PU and most seem to be functional though I keep getting a magical number of 3 skill points short especially when doing builds involving cacoons.

That was kind of the point on the PU changes was to make it so you cant have everything you need that way there is build diversity, and there needs to a be weak spot, so you can be a full glass cannon, or a half cannon, or a buff style pu, dot style pu, ect ect kinda like the sense where sws have to pick between conceal or higher damage, that's why in the DoT tree the last 2 points on the Plasma skill give bigger bonuses for investment. If pu damage overall is a little low that can be adjusted, though so far everyone has thought it's been alright. As for forcing ppl to play DoT, not true, other builds are still viable and if tweaking is needed can be done. It's just because DoT was so far fallen off from what it needed to be, that now its back in a proper state to be useable again, it's kinda the "new hot" to talk about
  7. What about a boost to outer world Mob EXP instead then along with Reducing Quest kill requirements?, idk if it can be done as a quick fix without it affecting lower level DGs along with it. That way the quest kill requirements can be cut in half, but adjust the EXP per mob so it equals out over all same exp, just makes the quests shorter
  8. As for fixing early game, what about just shortening Quest kill requirements and just boosting the Quest complete XP or just buffing the standard server multiplier. That way people can still run through the story of the quests if they want, but instead of having to kill like 20 of X once you get to Barb and up you just have to do like 5 so you can just breeze through it. Being able to breeze through the quests and leveling would be nice for new players. Was something I actually paid attention to when I first came here was to see how much Gold a new player could get from doing all the quest lines, by the time I was done the 54 quests I was at around 7000 which is a fair bit to get a new player started. Not to mention if you go with a server XP multiplier buff it will help with the later levels as well too, with the population getting less and less, XP parties are harder to come across for the 60's area. Hell I still haven't even got to 65 yet since like... april
  9. What about making it something like so we have a level 60 PvP vending Machine ? Possibly with something to help players acquire atleast a lv 40 uni or 50 mech by that time they're in Amara, as we know the 60 Mechs are ready-ish just on hold for now

In response to ViVi at the enhancement section I do agree adding some of sort of safe guards or something to people whiling leveling would be ideal as actually getting them on this server even for myself when I came here I found quite hard until the easter event. Prior to the SG change on old loot tables, starting at level 30 and up we were originally able to farm sgs 6 7 and 8's from dungeons, so people were atleast able to to float that average +8 +9 gear if they farmed decently. And as to regards to 8k hp from pets, when that kicked in on ASB pet levelgoing from 30 to 40, that's what actually destroyed the 29 and 39 pvp zones, as for the damage to hp ratio in those areas, that extra 5k hp there means a lot more than it does up in 60's

  14. I know it wouldn't be possible to have them drop the same way as the Amara bosses since Neme boss are exclusives to the 40-49 but the Neme bosses were prob some of the coolest looking bosses in the game. (this person's GFX do no justice, also they forgot Stea)
  15. it's neat, and sounds good on paper, but the stun stone wasnt great overall, not knowing when a free stun could proc isn't very reliable and also only 3%

  17. wut? no the ch resist stone GunZ got on ASB from GM service, if Im remembering right the uni one was 7% to proc all resists down by 2750
  18. So without a doubt a lot of the skill stones in the game that are released are pretty .. well terrible to say the least, With 1 skill stone really showing the dominance in players choice. That Skill stone being Collapse. But it had me thinking Collapse is the only Defense reducing skill stone. What if we got some new ones affecting Eva, Ch-Eva, Ch Resistances and Crit void and crit Eva ? Especially since right now those stat values on some classes are scaling quite high. It would atleast bring some diversity to the game in skill stone choices. Edit, actually I just remembered there's already a ch resistance skill stone that exists it just doesn't drop as loot
  19. I know there's only ever been the 3 models of the Rapidfire bike that were put out, but I was just thinking, is itpossible to make a 4th version? a Silver/yellow kind similar to the Hornet Cruiser?
  20. Im with Curapoop on this one, atleast for the gold balls aspect. The Boss spawn alone I don't see much harm, just extra uni gear to loot and ppl to sell but the Gold balls does add a lot. The last event I got stuck in synchro. but just cause I had party members who wasn't, even stuck standing in 1 place was still able to 4k gold from 2 ppl in my pt that didn't dc or get bugged. get 4k being stuck from what was still in range, if I had been able to move the entire time that's easily 8-10k
  21. how about PVP balance so the game isn't about who can 3 shot each other first ? and I mean like actually 3 shot since PVP crits are literally hitting 17k. Feels pretty cancerous in general. As a person whos played SB for over 3 years on Aeria, the only time PvP felt this bad was when they did the big server merges during 39 cap. Since some servers player bases were bigger the gear discrepancy was a thing. Emerald was the biggest, then Andro and then Venus. At the time basically anyone that came from Venus In the server merge was full +10 uni, and people from Emerald were lucky to maybe have 3-4 +8-9 uni items and yeh basically ended up 3-5 shot by the full uni people. But now it's not even that. its full uni +12 ppl vs full uni +12 ppl getting 2-3 shot
  22. As it is now DV in general is just a wonky map. And then there behind Death gate is a boss that smacks people harder and Asmo, yet has worse loot than Helios
  23. Im gonna resuggest this one since the last time it was out it was an all in 1 Class box and not even one for my class during the week was claimed by myself or to sell on AH, Lota costume
