You can do this manually via Windows Task Scheduler but it takes some time and has to take several steps. It is easier to use a program that creates a shortcut for Scarlet Blade that bypasses UAC.
The UAC Pass program can help with this and is simple drag and drop to make a shortcut for your game. To undo it, drag and drop the created shortcut back into UAC Pass.
