I’m using the premium version of Norton so yes it does have its own firewall built in, it disabled Windows firewall by default , so only one firewall is in use at any time , I’m just perplexed why I’m having this issue but I will keep trying haha.

I'm currently using Norton, but never had any issues before and nothing has changed on my PC except for windows updates over the time ( my own personal PC ) I also don't run anything in the background either.

I apologize if this is in the wrong section, I didn't see a sub forum for help / questions. I used to play this but real life got busy so took a extended break and thought about coming back but I'm having a issue , upon launching the game from the launcher it loads briefly I will see the xingcode3 run then nothing, no crash or error message just stays at my desktop, I have tried the tips under FAQS/ and common issues without success ~ anyone have this happen before or know what's possible causing it , If it matters I'm still running on windows 10 as I don't plan to update to 11.
