@Vivi have you considered including the official Microsoft binaries in the .rar download for the game with a little README or INSTALL file providing instructions? That'd probably cut down 90% of these questions, I know I ran into it immediately and didn't know about that thread.

Hey there! I was disappointed to see the original SB was dead (all my gear!!!), but really cool to see the game was picked back up! My old handle was "Starcry", I played a Pun on RG. ... where is a good place to dive into whats changed, get up to speed, etc? I'm downloading as we speak so I haven't logged in just yet. I thought I read a forum post saying that there are only like 20 active people on at a time these days???? Somehow that seems less fun than the old days, but I'm willing to give it a shot.
