I have a serious problem. I reset windows and I have to reinstall the game. It downloads and updates but when opening the game it gives an error. It sends me to a page in Chinese with the characteristics of my machine and the game closes without the possibility of entering. I looked for the problem on my machine and it tells me that the game is incompatible with my system. I have windows 10 installed with Directx11. What should I do?
