Hello, I am having trouble recovering my previous account. that's why I had to create another account. I tried to reset my password many times, I followed the directions every time and unfortunately I get the same error every time: "ERROR: Some information given was incorrect. Unable to process request." Please help me becouse I don't know what to do to restore my account.

Run as administrator also did not help. The situation is still the same. The error has to go deeper. -
There is no improvement. There is still the same problem. First it downloads the game, then it checks the files and does the update but the update stops at this point ---> https://gyazo.com/2ab41df7bb8006f193904fbbbe166871 and won't download any more. What do I do with it? I would like to finally play
