warlock abilities are hardly "spammable", and i would agree with making any normal class summon available during combat, but the class the unavailability hurts the most is warlock. blood knight blood sword is spammable and to top it off it's instant. also demon tamer minions are summonable in combat.

this is not exactly a bug, but it might as well be... this ability is not usable in combat for no good reason and it's the main reason this class is weak.
