Over the 60 dungeon, you'll notice the NPC says 56-65. IGNORE THIS. It is just text and will not stop 55s from entering the dungeon. Before this patch, I had set it to 56-65 before a GS stopped and asked to make it 55-65. That npc was done in the very beginning and just not updated.

The 2018 Halloween Event! Seona's Spawning Grounds! This event will be active till November 8th's maintenance! Seona's Spawning Grounds is now available for a limited time! This dungeon has a chance of dropping Halloween type pet skins as well as other little goodies! A daily will pop up from Sati asking for assistance in clearing out Seona's minions and the Seona that spawns in Enocia (every 4 hours, 20 minutes)! You will receive 2 free entries a day! I'm not sure we'd open it for the sake of just opening it as of yet, because there would have to be some work done to get it "stable" for the lower levels as well. With 60s and decent gear in there, they could just camp the opposite faction's base which wouldn't be too ideal. Though I'm not saying we wont consider this, but if it does happen, there will be some general map changes done to it.

I can nerf the HP of them with this up coming patch. Spawn times were the reason behind the Bg originally not spawning anything, so I'd rather not touch them.

Most people will be at the end game rather then the lower levels. And with battlegrounds they do have to be even numbers for the battlegrounds so it'll kick you out if there's no opponents or if its uneven.
