No. There is zero reason to change this. You cannot buy the wrong ultimate skills, though you can buy them out of order of level. There is ZERO reason to make a new character because of Ultimate skills.

Ultimate Skills are locked in the Special tab of your skill window. They cannot be changed from there, they aren't in your inventory not taking up any space. There are two spots for ultimates, as all classes have two ultimate skills. You can move them around your skill bar. Once you have them, they are permanent.

For a class that is supposed to be a "jack of all trades, master of none" it heals better than a medic and can DPS burst better than a PU. With L60+ gears and a larger focus on crit-rate, can Crit-Eva even be viable on anything other than WH? You can get, what, roughly 6200-6500 crit-eva (depending on uni jewels) before buffs?

the bike boosters drop in lots of places, I am constantly trashing them. 10g for a bike snare is a good price. It's not something you'd be using often anyways

Vivi said that the Gamma mins are +~15/~30 of max Beta
