  1. Yeah? When was the last time you entered Siren or SP? RP isn't the main reason players enter SP and the problem people faced when entering was the point system. You have more players abusing the OP guards in SP and those balls doesn't help much by way of targeting players especially when I've noticed some players being able to remove themselves as a target. Like Norleras said Siren actually has the same point system at TP. It's the negative points that hurt the BG along with guards, but at least siren had better guard damage than the guards in the current endgame BGs have.
  2. While RG do have lots of medics and FK not so much as all it takes are 2 medics(1 semi OP and 1 weak one) to make their side too hard to deal with. Vivi can't limit players and their medics from entering a BG or PvP zone. If players want to agree to fair play with keeping medics to a limited amount, it would have to come with the players not the GMs or GSs. As for Players using a Medic on the FK side, in AK or NB, the problem is that players like me don't like to because skills are slow, picking up loot is slow, and all we do is heal as fast as we can. Kinda boring just using 2 skills repeatedly.With AK being so god damn hard on DPS arkana because again guards are too god damn OP, playing AK without a medic sucks donkey balls because we can't attack anything near those damn guards without being killed by them in 3 shots.

  4. Dungeons are supposed to be made at any level including lvl 50+ and lvl 40+ so that you can complete them with +8 gears. People don't realize this when they farm with +12 gears and it is really easy for them. But the fact of the matter is that +8 gears should be sufficient, however if this is not the case bring it up with a point to show that the +8 gears are not enough. So, you don't need +12 gears, but you shouldn't try taking on a dungeon the same way you can with +12 when you have +8 gears. The Archeron does drop unique scanners by the way and if you really need them, there are some in AH as well as shout asking to purchase some from some players.
  5. I have 300k in gold, I manage 2 characters on both sides, 1 ME and 1 SW on each side. Both have max gears for at the max level. Sure only one side has unique jewels rank 2, but rank 2 rares are sufficient for the tasks. The ME's don't have 2 sets as I've been working around which second set to make for them if there is such a thing for a ME that I've created solely for the purpose of support without any atks. Should I choose to make the ME have atk skills, I do have the gears to do so. As for Beau's statement, I've been in the game for under vendetta for about the time they opened the server and I haven't put a dime into the game and ya I used to put in about 4 hours a day of straight farming. I've also helped several other players with gears and even purchased AP items with the gold I have from Item mall to give to them. That is my contribution to the server, but supporting players who by AP items with gold that I farm for the time I play. Can I spend 2 hours a day to get another toon to max level? I sure can and gear it too, just like I've helped gear over 50 different players over the course of the time I've been playing the game. I currently have a level 59 toon as well with the gears it needs for farming Archeron, should I choose to use it. That's with it having an AP pet and pet chips for farming only. Those characters I manage are GoddessSand, SexGoddess, MAR, and MER. Oh and I have about 15 other characters that I manage at different levels of the game for different reasons. Is it even possible? Why yes it is. How, well I could explain it but I don't want too though I can say that I have the means to back up what I say.

In the mean time you have players who didn't put a dime into the game and have 4 maxed characters, 2 on each side, with full gear(minus the unique jewels but who needs unique jewels to compete?), and switch sides bases on being able to enter BG. But I have purchased AP from other players to do so. I kill bosses with players based on the number of players on either side. If FK doesn't have the numbers to pvp for a boss while RG has the numbers to kill it, I'll help RG kill the boss because most of the time they need me to tank them. If FK has numbers to kill a boss and RG wants to pvp for it, I'll stay FK since I prefer my FK characters more than RG due to their gears. I spend about 2 hours of actually playing in game a day and the rest of the time I am mostly chatting with people till a BG or I am on FB till a BG. Why not create a second toon on the other side? It took me from what? May till Sept of the same year to reach lvl 65 and 2 of the 4 are now at 100% since Halloween last year I think? If players want to switch that's fine I guess. During the time I play both sides are pretty even and we had about 2 or 3 hours of PvP after AK. Though i stopped pvping when numbers became too unbalanced.
  7. I agree with the FC, but it doesn't stop players to only play on the winning side unless you force them to the other side. I have 2 toons for either side, so why the hesitation do players have with making a toon on the other side? Just make a second account too while they are at it.
  8. I hate guards in BGs, all of them. They have way too much hit power, no way to avoid them, and players camp them so they can get easy kill/win once numbers are in their favor. That's every single BG map, Janus, TP, NB, AK, 2nd ark, Siren, and SP. Sure a couple of those BGs aren't a 60+ BG, but same results happen including SP. They were fine before where players couldn't stay in them for a win, but then some players bitched about WH's pulling them from spawn. Though they shouldn't be staying in spawn in the first place and the guards can easily be tanked long enough for a WH to continue to do this. I've posted on this before, but they haven't really made any progress in that area for over a year now and it pissed me off that they raised the difficulty of the BG guards and chest too high that others can easily take them while the rest of us struggle to finish fast enough before they come at us when they are done with theirs.
  9. This was her response over a year ago. Seems there's more to it than what she thought there would be? "I can see about removing points from chests and upping points from killing people. It wont be for this patch, but should be for the next one. Also, if any other bg relies too much on pve to win, add that here as well and I'll see what I can do."
  10. Last I heard from Vivi, was that she was going to change this with a patch long time ago. But there has to be something done about guards in all the BG maps, it's far to easy for players to camp in them for easier time winning.
  11. So, the baby pink lingerie was supposed to have jewel slots, Vivi said she was going to fix that. As for the Pumpkin lingerie, with it being rare and to have any use would need to be grafted, so yes that would be needed. The question is would grafting it onto a lingerie that is tradeable make the tradeable lingerie NT or stay tradeable? It would be a waste of AP or gold to graft them onto a tradeable item just to have the tradeable item become NT. Never done this since I've only graphed items onto costumes that remain NT. If it works I could do that since it would need to be done anyway.
  12. @Vivi So, I have some items on one character that I can't move to the toon that it is for, as well as one item that isn't like it's counter part. Would like to know if these things would be changed in the future or should I abandon all hope of allowing them to go to another character? Items 1) rare Pumpkin Queen lvl 57 lingerie - It's nothing spectacular, but I got it for the ME on my SW and can't move it over. I got it using my SW because MEs can't farm as good as SWs to have gotten the items necessary for the ME to get it on their own. 2) Unique baby pink level 57 lingerie - to have added jewel slots to them. They currently don't have jewel slots, so if I am correct the only way to get added jewel slots would be to graft them onto a lingerie item that does. Which would require players to have a unique lingerie and buy a grafting tool, if this works at all. 3) Unique costumes: Sailor school girl, Deadsea captain, and lingerie v3 - were placed into the game unsealed and those who looted them can't do anything with them. Could there be a seal placed on them to be tradeable? I can't use them as a SW because they are for the ME, SE, and WH. If these will never be allowed to become tradeable, then I will understand and could abandon all hope and sale them off for gold. Kinda sad though to see that happen, when I would like to go to characters that could benefit from them. Also, Could these be reintroduced into the game, but sealed this time?
  13. Best rule of thumb to go by is, give players a reason to farm it and it will be farmed. Sure you will add the items we are asking for to those dungeons, but if you spend 4 hours farming and get nothing you wouldn't want to farm it any more because there's no reason to waste time doing something that has no reward worth spending time going for it. Like Last year's Halloween dungeon got lots of love because it had items people wanted and a drop rate worth spending the time in. Though they could have cut back on the number of pet skins that dropped. I think i have 100's of them and nobody really wants them, I wonder if I could sell them for gold?

I don't think the need for increasing gold would be necessary if drops of specialty items increase, but even without the specialty items the gold still isn't a necessary increase since usually specialty items are what sells for the most. If Specialty items increase their prices will drop. As far as exp goes, I do think that it should be increased. I mentioned a long time ago having the pet data chips which are used for gaining exp increased from 15% and 10% to more around 200% and 300% or around those numbers, but nothing has been done with them. As far as lower level dungeons, I used to farm them a lot and had much success in getting good drops for that level cap. TA however after running it a few times it seems that drops on that DG got changed. When it comes to DS after the change and added DTO, I stopped doing DS because it doesn't feel worth my time and DTO did for a bit only to find it lacking in luster for my time. I hope Vivi is able to do something about it. I know players will be anticipating another Halloween event this year with a Halloween DG like last years. I would like to see those drops in last years DG to remain the same, but also have unique (locked) costumes added to it, unlike the Christmas DG that was given unique costumes that people can't do crap with them because they are NT due to being unlocked right from the start. I know DrDieLess said that the Christmas DG wasn't to make people rich, but really the rich in gold players are carrying the new and poorer in gold players because these players have a hard time trying to get to be on par with the rest of us. I've even made and given rare rank 2 jewels to these players because we can't get jewels like we use to. Even salvaging the new epsilon, eta, lota, and theta gear you would think give us something similar to unique kappa gear, but all it gives is 20 medals that are used to make epsilon, eta, lota, and theta gear which is a far cry from useful and backwards. Like you are spending 152 medals to salvage an item for 20 of the same medals, why? I know Vivi has lots to do and GS's or some of them working on skill trees to hopefully be changed for the better game is kinda more for socializing than playing. I would hope that things change for the better. Good luck Vivi and staff with doing what you can and thank you for your dedication to trying to constantly make the game better.
  15. Unless you want to introduce something else that players would spend AP on regularly without turning the game into a pay to win, which is what they are trying to avoid. It is too much to ask for these items to become perm. I have suggested though to increase unique costumes drops in the game for all characters so that players can buy the rare costumes from AP shop and buy unique grafting item from AP shop to turn their unique costumes into a design that they would like wear without sacrificing the stats of using the rare costume over the unique. But not sure I am being heard.

So, I keep seeing new player posts all the time and they seem to always say the same things - - can't enter game(for one reason or another) - what should I do? - what is the best way to gear, gain gold, farm, end game stuff, etc...? I was thinking what if there was a pinned post in the general section or every section of the SB forum area that says "New players read before posting." Inside that post you have links to topics like - Rules of the forum (link) Games rules (link) Get to know the staff, who they are and what they can and can't do. Then say feel free to comment here to introduce yourself.   17. Which dungeon do you want to know about and which mode? Team modes depending on the dungeon SW's can do depending on the level and gear of the player. PUs do have high DPS for dungeons, SWs and I guess SEs too. It all depends on your gear, skill tree, and how you approach them. If you are going for loot and you don't want to attract too many mobs that won't disperse from SWs ghost walk or PUs fade type skill, between the SW and PU the SW has a better chance to go past them though the PU does have the faster method of dispersing mobs. The abyssal temple in team mode for loot is difficult to do alone, but nobody farms that dungeon since it's a broken dungeon for loot. Even if a WH could do it alone in team mode, they probably take forever to get through all the mobs and bosses that it's better if they would just do world bosses alone. But in solo mode my SW is pretty quick getting through it because I can walk past most of the mobs and kill what needs to be killed. But still why farm that dungeon? The unique gear hardly drops and nothing special drops in it. Personally dungeon have become my thing of the past right now since drop rate and some of the loot got nerfed on all upper level dungeons even though they added unique costumes and weapon skins, I don't want to spend my hours farming at with terrible drop rate for the good stuff getting nothing and spend time doing other things instead. #makedungeonsgreatagain

    Who cares about drops? I would think those wanting the replicube achievements, those who need stardust items, and if they dropped 800 CP pots those would be good right? Cyberclusters I and II would be nice to have both there instead of just one. Also, having paid more attention really to RP farming on both sides, I don't see much difference in difficulty if there is one. Sure Vivi can change the level, but that's not going to change much unless she wants to alter the two guards on RG side with their head barely sticking out of the sand.
  20. I disagree with GS faction only because GS's are supposed to be neutrally bias towards any faction. Example, if a GS was to just support FK, they would do events specifically for boosting FK players and look for ways to block RGs from doing much to win. The roll of a GS isn't supposed to be faction leaders, they help facilitate game play so that they can monitor if the players are all obeying rules, help players who are struggling with game stuff, and report when something is going wrong. They aren't supposed to be there to give one faction anything other than information/Help and make sure rules are followed. Having an official faction discord is an interesting concept as I think players who create faction discord like to kick players of the faction out or even those who play both sides from joining in their faction discord due to insecurities they have about "spies" which is funny especially when players shout and the other faction sees that shout while in suer, DL, and DV ad they just let the other faction know they are taking a boss. I just stopped using discord myself as it seems pretty pointless and waste of my pc resources(though i can run it and others easily) as well as getting tired of notifications popping up while playing. So, not sure why there needs to be an official faction discord.

    Hold on let me get my measuring stick.... Now what am I measuring or am I using it to beat some booty? Edit: So, mobs die just about the same, it might be my eva/ch-eva gears throwing off my ability to survive against RG side vs FK side(FK seems to be easier to survive longer). Other notices are RG mobs have more Drops per mob than FK, so there's that.
  22. you play SW do you not? The reason to dive backline is for that ME kill. 1 ME kill = death to their team if your ME survives. So, while the SW may die, their goal is to kill the or stall the ME before somebody kills them. If the ME can be stalled at least long enough for their DPS to players to be killed off then the rest of the team can focus on the ME next and then tanks. Now before players go off on Tanks are avoided, yes they are if a ME or DPS player is alive, but tanks can also stop players from taking down their ME with their stuns and disables if they play their skills right so the ME could keep others alive. It's supposed to be a team match, so work and think as a team not as an individual.
  23. I think we are all confused, because you said you created them, they need to have different colors for each faction, and we are saying cool. Let's see them, make them color appropriate and put them in the game. Most people shouldn't object to theirs being Red for FK and Yellow for RG, but why is it hard to change the colors on the skins you created?
