Hey @FakeTown A million reputations ain't much. I think after act 1 you have 200-300k reputation if I'm not mistaken then you can still go PTS or ADT. Also A4 would be a method or raiding. I called over 500k in about 2 days and wasn't online all day.

i think not 70% will leave the server only you or 3-5% No hate but I think a community can also overcome bad times well, you have to be positive and not always negative.

That many people still don't know that there is a level reward, I don't think they don't read the news. Much is spreading through word of mouth, and since this system isn't in place yet, I'd give it some time, as @Bash said, it's just a makeshift solution.
I think a lot of people already know about the PTS but yes you could really change that for new players.
With the drop rate in Act 1.6 nothing should be adjusted, why should it? The existing players might need a little longer to drop things but the new players don't do the quest with 99+50, but are led to the system with level 1.
