Make higher tier bosses cc immune

Iam suggesting to make all the higher tier bosses, namely DS, HoO and Abyss (and future non-trial/non-4t dungeons) immune to CC because it's possible to completely negate the main mechanics of some of the bosses.

Currently, many of the DS/HoO/Abyss Bosses are cheesable due to the fact that well timed cc can effectively negate their mechanics and make them much easier. This was apparent when DS came out (namely, Bushi), and imho has gotten worse with both the HoO and (not as much) Abyss Expansions.

The problem with these methods is that they're not entirely reliable, making some runs very frustrating because people insist to cheese bosses and accept a 30-50% chance to fail and restart despite having the capabilities to defeat the boss the intended way.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'll list examples from those 3 dungeons so it's easier to understand:

DS:

Bushi: When Bushi gets to about 50% health, he'll start riposting for about 10 seconds before attacking you. The fact that you can see both the time left on his riposte and him effectively staying still during that time makes it trivial to stun him at the right moment and effectively take away why Bushi is scary in the first place.

HoO:

Phantom: It's possible to not have him spawn clones by cc'ing him around the 50% health mark just like Bushi and kill him quickly with enough damage. This effectively defeats the purpose of having him as a Mdps check, because really all you need is a rdps that can bp him quickly enough (which most of rdps are capable of).

Abyss:

Sakyua: Pretty much the same as Phantom, even if it's less of a problem imo. Basically you can stun her out of the aoe she casts when she reaches about 50% health. This is imo the highest risk boss because not only does it take the longest, but it's also possible that she CC's you before you can CC her in time. People that attempt to chain cc her and go for damage are much more  likely to die, but it also cuts down the time it takes to do the boss considerably because you can keep attacking.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are certainly more examples, but in those 3 cases, the mechanics of the bosses are completely shut down because you're allowed to point click CC a boss with (in most cases) just one skill.

The effects of this change would be:

- Fairer fights due to the fact that people have to accept the boss mechanics and find ways to defeat bosses the intended way

- Less frustration due to people wanting to cheese bosses (and accept failure chances) over doing them the intended way.

- More credit for everyone who's involved work, I guess? I find it sad to see more or less well thought out bosses be cheesed and made irrevelant.

- Every boss will get harder, mainly because bosses can move a lot more freely and there aren't free damage windows (+ knockdown damage).

- The 3 mentioned bosses will be a lot harder, because you actually have to play around their mechanics. This imo okay, since they were intended this way.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Furthermore, with this change I would like to see ways introduced to remove the bosses CC immunity for a short bit, in order to have a reward for enduring their mechanics. Some examples could be:

- Phantom - HoO: CC Immunity removed for x seconds after both of his clones were killed

- Bushi - DS: CC Immunity removed for x seoncds after his riposte is finished

- Sakuya - Abyss:  CC immunity removed for x seconds after she has finished casting her shockwave

This is imo completely optional, but it would make the change feel less of a direct nerf to everyone whos running those 3 dungeons (and future ones) regularly.
