Steven Posted January 26, 2021 Report Share Posted January 26, 2021 When I bought the other day the Ring/Necklace merchant from the Aven NPC (Elika) and set it up it showed as Enchanting Formulas (80-85) instead. Which was confusing to me when I was going through the list. I'm unsure if the other merchants from Elika are just like that when it comes to Ring/Necklace might want to test it out.
