Selling items on 2nd account while playing on main? Daily Login Reward? Taking up spots with multiple accounts? The main no no is if it effects other players experiance of the game in a negative way. As for you your questions... It'sn fine to run dungeons as much as you like with alts and trials, people might frown upon you for using an alt in a trial that is harder than normal but there is no reason to not allow it. Arena is typically not good idea as it can effect other players who are also in the arena. Although if a queue is inactive I'm sure people would rather have an alt or two inside than not have the queue activate. Not sure why you'd ever worry about storage chars, alot of people have them. Same with selling alts.
