We have been at lv75 for 9 months, is there a chance there will be a new expansion to lv80? And if there is, could you give information on how long it would take to get out?

Well, at the moment we haven't talked about the Lv80 cap yet, but I feel like saying there might be other patches before this one. (don't take this as a confirmation)

But at the moment we also have other projects for Awaken, and Jordan has been quite busy lately, so we hope to be able to work on the classic again very soon.

Jordan will probably make a comment later or ask the community about the future of the classic

The problem with classic is theres a very mixed opinion on what classic means.

Some people wanted 75 cap and wanted the game to never surpass that (With the likely case of people wanting more content being either downscaled to 75 cap or new content made for 75 cap).

Where as others just wanted a server that didn't have Awaken classes.

So its a hard decision to make to 80 cap and no one has really shown interest in going past 75 cap until this very post.

So basically here is the question being put now to the community. Please ask your guild friends or other in-game friends to comment on this thread their opinions on the matter and we can see what direction people want us to head into next.

I talked to some of my friends and we're willing to play level 80 content. It's something to do and we've all been caught up with 75 cap for awhile now.

At this point I personally find it much better to try moving forward, rather than staying stagnant.

I was playing the classic server due to the server exp rate being 1x, not 5x. I don't really mind having lv 80 cap or if you decide to implement awaken classes on the classic server. i never tried any awaken class before so i cant judge if i will like it or not. However, if it is possible i would like to not have Mimic classes on classic server, or maybe changing the requirement for people to be able to use mimic class from 60 to 80.

Hello everyone, in particular, I was able to play with awakened classes, however I never sympathized with the mimic, moreover, to be honest, I tried it very little, more if I listened to the comments of my classmates in a negative way towards that class, in the In the case of the game, as they said above, it would be better to implement chapter 80, with that there would be something else to do and maintain interest in the game and who knows some will rejoin more than that I do not dare to suggest things that do not They are within my knowledge, but I know that my guildmates will know how to give you more ideas, I comply with answering this post so that you know that this server is not forgotten and that there are still people enjoying it, my best wishes for you and for the game, From already thank you very much.

I hear ya Dan.

Ok, I have been around Eden since the open beta from Aeria the unmentionable , so I have a clear view of the changes the game has suffered. The classic from vendetta isn't really the 'classic' one (it was way too harder), and I have shared some thoughts with players from the game about its current state. I will share some suggestions here that *might* change the way Eden classic is taking.

Now, I read you are busy with the awaken and as an ex-programmer I know how hard and time consuming that can be, so please take the next points of view just as suggestions, and if any of them are useful to you, I'll be glad.

Here it goes:

1. Awakening classes: there is one version with these, bringing awaken classes to the classic server will only make a lame awaken server, so personally I'd still prefer the awaken server over classic any day. Why? Because awaken server has everything (good rate altar, legendary equipment/pets/costumes that can be either win or bought from other players, and gear that can be farmed NOT crafted). There is no point in making that. Instead, why no add different mechanics to the classic? Like taking a normal skill that always has been there and make it evolve with items, exp or quests and make them win good effects (double hit, stun, make a mini nuke, you name it). -But Keidan, it won't be classic anymore- Well yeah, it will have the classic content just slightly modified to have a fresh air so you have a new thing to discover, that fresh air that a game needs every now and then.

2. Increasing level: as mentioned in point 1, classic doesn't have the quantity of legendary thingies and awaken classes (read it as power) to keep the pace. P2W players can, but free players will get off the boat and swim to the awaken server as soon as they hit the wall. You could try and level down the monsters, but still it will be boring to keep hitting the same mob for half hour because you don't have the power to do it faster. Please, take away the very low rate altar and add things that helps the players get powah to nuke things faster (free players I mean).

3. The breach between P2W players and free players is huge: I have been guild master in the English and Spanish versions and a lot of people quit because p2w players destroy them in a few seconds in arenas or territory wars before they can even do something. This breach is notable but not that much in the awaken server. As a suggestion, give free players more options, so at least they can see whats happening before the countdown to revive pops up on their noses. The 'advantages' given in wars and arenas don't work at all if you encounter an OP player with everything maxed and a blood thirst only seen in the vampire community.

4. Dependence of big guilds: if a guild doesn't have a specific npc or they raise their tax to the max, your day/week/month will suck. A lot. As a wild suggestion, throw all that away and make everything obtainable/crafteable in Aven. Not enough wild suggestions? Then change the gathering mats to happen in the guild town's buildings but without level restrictions (so building level doesn't matter). That way you won't have to be standing doing nothing for hours and just put up a job and go to do something else.

5. Costumes: I have a slight idea that you love Hello Kitty, now don't take me wrong, those costumes are cute and even I have 2 of my female chars with them. But the need to look good goes sometimes beyond of that of being powerful. PLEASE add costumes of (copyright warning don't read ahead) anime, internet culture etc. Like what? How about a pop-tart kitty mount, an 8 bit sword or even a meme mask (I bet you the troll mask would be a hit), or the flying cloud of some pointy hair guy that transforms into a giant monkey in full moon as a mount?

6. Exclusivity: if you make something new for the classic, leave it just in the classic. So if someone wants it, let them come here and get it (old marketing muajaja).

7. Extra: that thing that nobody reads (history of the game) just got mislead at the last levels. This was not your doing at all but x-legend's (at first just was a bane prince, at the upper levels, you have to take off the hat of bane prince Don Ramon, throw it to the floor and jump over it so bane prince Doña Florinda invites you a little cup of tea, if you know what I mean ;) ). If it's not too much to ask, could you do a little something about that? Thanks in advance.

So we must have something exclusive into dead server which jordan spent alot of time and got no refound into his time?
To small community that have been around 20-30 player? that's like 2 guilds on awaken.

There's one thing that Classic have and its the only thing that it needs to still classic.
Having ONLY normal classes.
Some awaken ideas like Celestial Corridor mechanics and items mechanics like Abyss armors could be on classic later.
the same goes to classic on awaken.
Isn't fair to both side players.

In that time that i've been taking eyes to classic, i know one thing, people don't play because they want server with ''easy'' source of farming and gearing, like GM comands or way to farm 50k daily.
Whatever Jordan does, people wont come to classic, that's a fact, his job there is insane better than any other and sadly it doesn't revive the server.

There is already an NPC up in Aven where you can buy any guild town NPC needed.
Legacy GT needs to be revived for crafting purposes now since it died, however 911 and Legacy's taxes should remain low and accessible going forward.

I feel that stones are more accessible than ever now, no? I don't think it is as hard to compete as it was in say November of last year, as we are only working with halcyon and sublime stones now.

Exclusivity doesn't imply something that would be needed or necessary on another server, so I don't think there is a need to worry that Awakened would be missing out on something vital with whatever Keidan is asking. At the end of the day Awak/Classic are essentially two different games and there can be different systems in place for each that the other does not need. Classic is missing a lot of things that Awakened doesn't have as it is right now anyway.

Personal note -

I think 80 cap content will be fun with original classes. It will be a different and new experience for PvE and more challenging than the current content that we have at 75, since it was initially made with awakened/mimic classes in mind.

Its best to release 80 cap in the first place and then look into different changes/potential content later. I'm personally very excited to experience this content in a new way than before and I know that my friends are too.
