Are you also using our client? The only client that can be used when launching our Eden is the one downloaded from https://ee.vendettagn.com/download.vgn To be on the safe side, I'd recommend redownloading the launcher from the link provided above. If you're having any issues with the download button, use a browser other then chrome or right click and copy the download link to paste it in a new tab.
