Mouse Issues with Eden Eternal (Awaken)

Hi! Client installed and runs fine, but my mouse seems to be off target. I can't click any button directly. My cursor has to be off target (by going down slightly) to make the connection. However, I can't go down far enough to hit the start button, so I cannot get into the game.

I know this sounds like a strange problem, but it's currently what I'm dealing with. Any help is appreciated.

It seems that this is more of a window problem, simply try to change the resolution of your game window, to do this you can do it in game, but otherwise go to your Eden Eternal Vendetta folder, and open the client file.

Thank you for the advice, but sadly, this made the issue worse. I really can't click anything now.

From what I remember this has something to do with Windows and the game.

If I remember correctly this has something to do with with having a Scale applied on Windows.

Settings -> System -> Scale and Layout (Try set this to 100%)

Failing that try looking into the patcher.exe, launcher and _launcher.exe DPI settings (right click the exe file and click properties, then click compatibility then check the change high DPI settings button)

I'm not certain these things will fix the issues but worth trying.

After some fiddling, I finally managed to get into the game and adjusted it through the options to a full screen mode that allows my mouse and clicking to work properly.  Thanks for all the help. This topic can be closed.
