game didn't launch

What exactly is it doing when you're trying to launch it? Black screen to close, not showing at all, xigncode not loading, etc?

Because if it doesn't launch at all, the SB.exe and SBlauncher.exe running in compatibility mode for windows 7 is the typical fix for it. If you missed one of those, I would suggest you make sure both run in compatibility mode.

Black Screen to close is typically the launcher not connecting to the server. This could be a range of problems steming from back routing from your internet (which may be solved by resetting your router), the game is unable to communicate from your client to the server (could be blocked due to anti-virus or firewall), or it was installed incorrectly (could be corrupted download/the installer was blocked by anti-virus).

Xigncode not loading is it's own issue, but somewhat is similar to black screen to close issues.

Make sure you downloaded the Visual C++ runtimes, both the x64 and x86. The name needs 2010 specifically. While you may run a x64 system, it is highly recommended to grab both the x64 and x86 as the x86 version may have libaries the game may still require. So if you haven't download the 2010 version of the runtimes, I would highly recommend downloading them.

This is not something that we are able to fix unfortunately. It is specific to your pc blocking xigncode from being able to connect to the update servers.

There's serveral players in the past that have reported that updating their windows has fixed it, changing their DNS/Flushing their DNS has fixed it, using a VPN to change your router's routing may also help the issue as well. Its a cat and mouse game of finding what could be blocking the game from starting.

You only show 1 being allowed, but please make sure to place the entire Vendetta Gaming Network folder as an exception if not the sb.exe, sblauncher.exe, sb.bin and xingcode.dll as an exception as well.
