how long is guild probation ?

hi guys , its been a week I left my guild but still cant create new guild ? is it cos probation time ? how long is the probation time after leaving a guild to start a new ? ty in advance

Not much. It was a day, but now I think it has been decreased a lot till 2 hours only.

Maybe you need to be a certain level to start your own guild? I don't remember...

Leaving it , is actually 30 min waiting time to join a new one. 

To create a guild, you need to have the following requirements:
Level 20 with at least 10 gold
Cannot be a member of any guild
Cannot have a guild name that has been used.

With the above requirements, you can create a guild by talk to Guild Manager NPC.
