[Scarlet Blade] Crashing in Mereholt

When I got to the Mereholt area, my game crashed, showing a blank message box in error. This happens every time after logging into that character after about 5 seconds in the game in this area. I have currently verified the files on both the game, the redistributable, and the DX9 files along with double checking that the game is whitelisted on my firewall, which it is, and the problem persists. I am at my wits end with the issue.

Send in a ticket. Occasionally characters get stuck in the endless crashing loop and need to be manually moved to a new location to fix it.
