Crafting / Farming Assistant

As a comback player y realized that there are not much guild towns actives atm
Atm i'm trying to get farming and mining workouts Lv12 but the only guild towns that has Lv12 mine and farm, they dont have master miner or master farmer (10% succ rate) or miner / farmer (+2 output) 
is it viable to make those npcs sell in aven as we did in the past with famous forger or craftman?
if not, where could i farm those npcs since i spent lots of gold trying to complete achievement but so far there are no goods

I dont remember where you can farm them now I believe its low level dungeons such as Vileshark HQ (regular not trials).
However, you can purchase them in Aven for gold from the NPC <Blueprint Seller> Elika.

Not the Miner/Farm ones

You can buy the NPC's for Ore/Plants blueprints, but for better crafting (aka master miner & master farmer), its not in the list.

• Only Famous Forger (weapon and armor)
• Master Craftsman (necklace and rings)
• Master Alchemist (potions).

I went through the entire list yesterday and today, and I did not find any Master Miner/Farmer via Elika (unless im really reaaaaaaaaallly blind or its hidden)..

Which would be nice to add the other 2 into the list (If its possible) if not well, those that need it, time to farm it in Vileshark.

i mean is not only for comeback players, whoever needs to farm those for Legendary achviement in order to improve, they can't
for me i spent over than 80 k trying to get 95-120 and got just 1-2 gold of ea
