When creating a ticket, the website indicates the following: https://ibb.co/ynYdk40h In addiiton, the ticket is not displayed in the ticket list after that. I tried two times - the second time was to actually verify what the system message was saying and to capture the beforementioned screenshot. This was in the Scarlet Blade support section. But maybe it is a general issue for both games. Quote
