Sorry for any inconvenience. The skill is still able to be casted but the effect will not be given to the character. Normal Class Territory War The -DMG values have been tweaks to try improve user experience, make sure to pass any feedback to the GS team who will pass the feedback to me. The spawn health bug will be fixed in the upcoming patch along with more Quality of Life changes to improve the player experience in these specific territory wars'.
