Balance SP Archer (2)

We have not heard from the official server about changes in SP for a long time. So again I suggest some changes, I have taken information from the feedbacks forum that players, GF never answered them, and try to balance what I could with the requests of the players (Logics at least). Here I leave the changes of Archer SP,s. Remember that what is not mentioned is not changed.

Remove: Attack power increases at long range as the distance to the enemy increases.

Remove: There`s 15% chance of the critical damage received being reduced by 15%.

Add: Chance of inflicting critical hits is increased by 10%

Add: Long-range attacks increases (Player Level *3)

Not bad overall, somethings are nicely written, some not.
For example:

WK: 

Elemental shining :

With decreasement Resistances adding something like increase light element Player ×2. Or decrease enemy Light resist by Player /9 = 10 at lvl 9.

 

Scout: 

Vital energy

Defence against 7.000 critical damage.----->  Defence against 8.500 critical damage.

Add Long Range attack by Player ×1~2

Other is niche (y) +1

Demon Hunter

+1 but increase it's heal from attack by Player ×1 overall with set chance. 

Meanin' for example when you have on 20th Skill Regenerate HP by 35% propability by Player × 5 ---->6 Etc.

Avenging Angel:

Nice Change +1

 

Ranger:

+1 that you make it only on yourself

Buff Change:

I would take this with a great amount of salt, even though i don't play this SP. 

Don't know how it would affect his survivability and sustainability. Would has to be tested to know properly IF it would be a change for better or worser.

Assasin:

 

NO : Assasin is already a beast and don't need a SUCH buff on hook ...

Yes: 100% Charge +1

 

PS: As said on Mage thread, take this with a grain of salt.:)

umm, why not rework in more buffs from wk? 

I understand if u put 10k cap crit in scout cuz now we have more hp, but i mean bear need to increse 5k cap, for the same reason.

And i mean eagle spirit aren't good too, 30 hit rate and 10 chance crit, we need some change here.

Personally I think that the wk eagle needs to add hitrate.

imo ranger is balanced, sin has overpowered cri-up but he dont need rework, des could be better in pvp, wk is just mage counter cuz his cut, FC mby little upgrade in pvp, scout dmg shield need grow up fom 7k --> 9-10k, dh is balanced, and AA would have some upgrade for buff and thats enough

Class rework ideas will only when GF performs the rework, we will not touch the classes until then. The fourth class was a special occasion and it is separated from that cycle, because in GF currently that class has no future, unlike Vendetta where it has many areas.
