[Think I got hacked]

Logged onto NT vendetta after a long while.

My password wasn't working for some reason so i reset it.

Log on to find all my items and all my gold missing.

Never shared my password or anything like that.

So now what?

So after 6 days it finally came through loll. I sent a ticket via email support.

Payment did happen. My bank balance went down and the transaction is there. I checked the ID for the transaction and it matches up.

did you receive an email notification notifying you that your card is available???

Nope. Didn't receive any confirmation. I use my debit card. Its definitely left my account too under the same transaction.

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone else has had any issues with pixel game card before?

I used it for the first time to purchase $30 PGC, did not receive my points or a receipt so I sent a ticket. After 4 days received no response even though my account has been debited.

I understand its the holiday period and they may not be available but should it really take this long?

 

If anyone has any advice, it would be appreciated.
