I scanned it and it shows me that there is a Trojan Virus . It is not about my antivirus.

Hello, I have a problem. Basically in the file with Nostale Vandetta there is a virus and I don't really know what should I do, because everytime i download the file and scan it, it shows me that there is a Trojan type virus. Can someone help me and tell me what should I do?

I have a simply question, what is the point of Autorun.inf file in this whole file of Nostale Vandetta? It shows me that there the ,,virus" is but i don't see anything suspicious there. Can you just tell what is the point of this file? ^^
