[Arena Safe spot system]

I like this idea, so +1 from me

it would definitly decrease the frustration in Arena, because some people always abuse the safe zone. 
As Webster said, the safezone should be for People who dont want to fight, for buffing or switching sps. 
The 0,1 time window is no fun at all, escpecially when scouts can even get invisible or seer can use their immortality buff when leaving the safe zone for that short amount of time.
