For the trade policy, I agree take an action to fight the illegal exchanges, but I think that achieved 83lvl and completed act1-6 are enough because 1,000,000 reputation is difficult to newbie.
For the decreasing prices, "decrease prices of shining blue souls then we will earn less money from a6.1" is unfair for our works. The consumer goods's price don't change, and the income is reduce. It is disappointed to every worker from a6.1 or at other place to gain gold. That seems like that the living cost is unchanged and all of people reduce income and majority of people is abide by the rules and unexpectedly to give the punishment of earning money. This is very disappointed and unfair.
