Understand us, losing something that was hard to earn and not knowing if they were going to believe you or help you, it wasn't a nice feeling (it's my first problem on the game, so I don't know how the team works, since I haven't had good experiences on another servers). But is also true that the team isn't at fault, especially Bash. I can't imagine how much hard work was done on this patch and all the testings and still these bugs came out, so it must be impossible to know all of these errors before they happen. So leaving the problem aside, I want to thank Bash for answering this fast the tickets after a long day of work and for helping us, I hope it will be solved soon.

It happened the same thing to me and i lost 800kk, I sent a ticket and i hope they do something about it becouse it's not fair..
