[The game does not start upon clicking play]

so as the title reads ive installed everything and i clicked play then it shows the usual username and password i type everything in and then its say success i click on start and then it just gone it dosent crash it just goes away nothing starts 

so does anyone else has this issue if yes have you found a way to fix it

i play on windows 10
