Hello, im a new player here. Im not really a big fan of the cat costume in the beginner's package, so i wanna know how do i obtain the costumes with the orange titles? ive tried buying the grab bags using my loyalty points but RNG isnt on my side. Other than the astral puzzle, is there another way to get these costumes?
Also another question, im currently lvl 43, should i continue using the blue equipment i get from dungeons? since my ascended equipment caps at lvl 40, or is there another set that im not aware of?

Btw, do i still continue to do the main quests for exp? Because im lvl 49 now, and its getting a bit hard to lvl up.
