[how to download scarlet blade?]

it does not work for me

does someone know why downloading scarlet blade doesnt work, and how to fix it? when i press the download button, it oppens a new tab, but it doesnt load. ive tried to copy the link and paste it in a new tab, but that dont work as well. help.
