it would be nice if we have a increase daily entrance of Spiritual Fields to 3x
->reduce the amount needed to craft senshi contract (100 is enough)

Better daily login bonuses doesn't equal more activity in game, many players log in for 1 min every day just to obtain their daily login reward and log off again, the late game content (the custom stuff) was made specifically harder to force people to party but eventually people just learned how to solo the bosses and then cause the armor is tradable people where just selling it for cheap-ish in the Auction House.
We literally just hired SnowFlake as a translator, it maybe a priority but you cant expect her to do it all in a week or so, it will be patched in per file translated and not on a weekly basis.
Launchers all look the same for all games but Scarlet Blade, they use the original Aeria launcher instead of a custom one, I believe Bash does have plans to make new launchers for all games but their is a lot to do for him and I don't think something 95% of players just instantly hit play on is a high priority compared to other stuff. (Eden Eternal's Launcher for reference http://puu.sh/x4Qyo.jpg).
I don't make Astral Puzzle's so that's not something for me to really give an opinion on other than i can agree / disagree with you on parts.
Twin Saga as a game is a very un-successful game from X-Legend, in my opinion they just reskinned Aura Kingdom with an updated version of Eden Eternal / Dragomon Hunter's graphics. As you said all 3 servers aren't doing so well hence why all 3 servers all have a very low player base. Why i should bring this up? because we've tried recruiting GS for this game several times and only 1 time we where successful. Infinitus was an old GS from launch and was originally a GS from Eden Eternal and is currently doing some school stuff the past few weeks or so, however he does still log into the game just not as much as he could a month back. SnowFlake is the latest GS we added to the team who we hired behind the scenes a month or two back as a translator but then was interested in the GS position. If there is a few people interested in the position I can probably talk to Vivi about setting up some form of recruitment but nobody has mentioned or ask till now, most will say we need new GS but if asked would decline. The amount of GS's is based more so on how much the community needs them, like Eden Eternal has more active players than Scarlet Blade (usually atleast double if not more) but as you can see the GS count for both games is the same.
Maintenance has several tasks performed during but is all done before hand so you can play the game longer, we do our backups every day instead of every maintenance like the other servers meaning if a rollback is required for any reason our server would lose at most 23hours of data instead of up to 6days ish of data. Having everything prepared is more convenient for the players as the game is never down too long, even if we update the game we're down no longer than 15-30mins (depending on the patch size).
Hope I have answered / explained some stuff to you, I'll be getting to some of these suggestions when I'm back from my vacation (mid September) along with maybe making a custom content patch for you during that month so if you have any suggestions on some content you would want to see you can post it in the Suggestions section of the forums.
