Are you running the game by using the shortcut the installer makes, or using the patcher.exe that's located in the root folder of the client? Are you also using our client? The only client that can be used when launching our Eden is the one downloaded from https://ee.vendettagn.com/download.vgn To be on the safe side, I'd recommend redownloading the launcher from the link provided above. If you're having any issues with the download button, use a browser other then chrome or right click and copy the download link to paste it in a new tab.

I imagine these are xigncode errors? If so, 0xe0191009 is typically because xigncode cannot connect to the server to update itself. A few things to try could be: Reboot your router, reset your router, change the download location of the game, and use a VPN and try to connect - after the first successful load it should be ok. The main point is to try to find what is blocking the game from making the connection to our servers.
