Use the Recover Account option on the main website (vendettagn.com).
Reset your password ONCE and wait 10 minutes for the database to update. If you do this multiple times in the 10 minute period you will have multiple different passwords.
Make sure your password is 12 characters or less. If it's anymore the server will automatically cut it to 12.
Do not run the launcher.exe or the _launcher.exe. If you've ever seen official's launcher, you MUST uninstall and re-install the game.
Usernames are also forced lowercase as well. -
