I guess in most cases, they got enough evidence to just ban people. If they still think, they are innocent, why should they waste the time to review it again and again?

It's at least what I hope they are doing.

Some ppl might think it's unfair, but time is money. Why should they waste it?

The root of the problem is ppl botting.

Prevent this and there would be less than 50% left to ban.

But - easier said than done.
