[Clvl 45+ EQ Update/Upgrade]

I think that this patch buffed all the classes and I'm happy with that, but I'm swordman and I want a little bit more of hit rate with sp's that are not warr/monk, for example I use gladi and death reaper, and I do miss 7/10 hits, so I apreciatte a little buff in the hit rate of the swordman

Totally agree with this idea. 

Maybe too up the % of succes when u create Erenia/Zenas fairy, because the actual % is only 5%, and each try is arround 50kk.
