    My friend has been in rankings 1-20 for a long time but her account has been banned for a long time (like 2 or 3 years), can we change the rankings to something like only those who are online will be ranked and those who aren't online won't be ranked? Or if the banned person can't come back, they won't be ranked, at least it will give others a chance to enter the rankings to get the eden crystal.
