All of those screenshots were party runs. As far as I know senshi only spawn in party modes. You can run nightmare/metarealm party and normal party dungeons such as Entrancing by yourself and they still spawn however.

Well since a lot of people seem to be eager for senshi I thought I'd add some interesting information I've discovered while running these dungeons that can be missed if you rush too much. Par please don't kick me for stealing your format. For dungeons such as Aquamarine or White Magic, with multiple floors, senshi can spawn at each floor in multiples of ten (so I've seen so far, perhaps it's every 5, but I've never encountered it). Here are a few examples of senshi spawning at various floors in dungeons.

Try to wait for potential flavor text/animations after completing every tenth floor when it comes to these runs. Maybe even every fifth, but I'm pretty sure it's only every tenth.

Standard dungeons such as nightmare/metarealm party or Entrancing Courtyard seem to only spawn senshi after the final boss. I would suggest waiting until "Leaving Combat" comes up. For example in Royal Trove, Saki has an exceedingly long death animation and you could miss Claire if you leave before it's completed. I've never seen any flavor text in dungeons like these to suggest that senshi spawn after the mid boss.

While with quasi multi-room dungeons such as Phantom's Palace I haven't gathered 100% information on. So far I know for sure Rita spawns after the third and fifth "rounds". Although I believe she can spawn after every "round". More importantly it's kind of hard to miss her.

There is already a guide on loot charms and drop rates so I won't really go into detail... But! Just in case you're "learning math" with common core or there weren't enough pictures in the guide.
