[Nostale new player. Couple of questions.]

Hello, im a first timer in here. I have played a lot of nostale a couple years ago when i was a kid, and i always wanted to try out some private servers, but back then there was literally none. Just wanted to ask some questions.

1. What are the rates of this server? Im asking about exp gain/drop chances etc.
2. Some tips that i should know, any new content early that i should not miss early on?
3. What should i do when i enter the game? I didn't get any quests.
