Hey, actually I was writing into the shoutbox and some players said that it's literally not a good rule.

Why trading/selling/nosbasar/dropping etc. is limited by level 83+ ? Is there any specific reason for this? On other official and private servers there is not something like this stupid rule, to be honest. 

To other players, write what do you think about this.

Hi,

maybe somebody was asking for the same, like I'm gonna do, but I wasn't looking for that. My question is, why there isn't reputation like Green with Blue legend, and top 3 reputations - green, blue and red crown (hero reputation) - they may use in chat "+ <text>".  It's on 95% servers. I think it would be great if somebody from GM added that, because lot of players has Red Elite and they have nothing to do. I think it would be great motivation for them.
