Hello, once it you're outside from any limited/quest instance like this, Right-Click on your Portrait character and "Reset Dungeon" and try to do it again.
If the above doesn't work, check if you can abandon the mission with the letter "L", look for the mission and click 'Drop,' then retake it. Usually, below the minimap, there's a yellow balloon with an exclamation mark to search more missions. that allows you to activate or deactivate the level filter about quests. -

Hello everyone!
I finally decided to create some detailed guides for all those players who are just starting to play Eden Eternal for the first time or need some suggestions.
Although they do not cover absolutely every aspect of the game, the base is already defined for quick understanding.
It's worth mentioning that all of this was based on my personal experience as a pve player, so there may be some differing opinions from mine on certain topics.
Lastly, I'll gradually try to include intermediate and advanced guides, that 'll also require quite a few hours to write and review, in order to provide the best content possible.

Actually the symbol "!" is allowed in the case of Eden Eternal and on the website. Could it be that you used "¡" instead of "!"?
I just created an account to verify the use of "!". I used a password of 5 characters in. The first letter in CAPS, followed by 4 digits, and finally the symbol "!". It worked without any issues both on the website and in-game.
the username cannot exceed 12 characters and the password 16.
I understand that if you have access to the website since you were able to change the password, isn't it? Please generate a ticket at the following link if the problem persists. I remain attentive to any updates from you.

Make sure you're using your game account (ee.vendettagn.com/In-Game) and not your forum account on the website. Both accounts are separate from each other.
Also make sure you type your username in lowkeys.
To know if the account was created successfully, this message should have appeared, otherwise, it's likely that it wasn't registered correctly.
If the issue persists, the only possible way would be for you to generate a ticket here: www.vendettagn.com/support.vgn
It must be from your game account, not the forum!.

Hello,
I believe your issue is a typical one based on the rescaling of resolution on some screens. To solve this problem, try the following:
Press the Windows key -> type Display -> enter Change Resolution Screen or something similar -> Look for an option with the value % and set it to 100% (Scale).
Try doing this with the game open or before running it.

I'm not completely sure, but from what I could find out about that item, it seems to be obtained through an event boss in Aven. This boss can drop two specific items that have a chance to grant the object, and I confirmed this myself.
Lunar Deity Festival Box and Lunar Deity Gift.
Both drops can grant the Karthik Voodoo Mask.

Power leveling is mostly for people that have already played the game before, or are leveling other characters.
Like Pristina says, you gotta do that first untill lv 125.
2) You can play with any class, but the Blood Knight (Templar Awaken) is a really comfy class to use. It heals, reduces % HP of mobs, and can take a ton of damage.
In this game, physical classes tend to shine in dungeons because their basic attacks make a difference compared to magic classes whose basic attacks are also physical.
However, magic classes excel mainly in Player vs Player since they only need to reduce magic resistances compared to physical classes that have to reduce both defense and physical resistances.
3) Get accursed weapons to do all your activities more efficiently. Ideally, get 2 weapons: the Accursed Axe of Oblivion and then the Accursed Cleansed Archery. You can buy these from an NPC named Commander John in the Death Mountains map. The currency you need is obtained through Daily Quests in any Dungeon (Enchanted Marsh + Water Falls + Death Mountains). Also, breaking a Boss's BP and obviously killing it can drop these stones. Once you have your first 50, the axe will make killing Bosses a breeze.
https://imgur.com/a/hWojGW94) Start getting accessories/trophies like Zarloe's Blight Soul Trophy, Dimension Thunder Cloak, Temple Knight Rings (TK Rings), Blade's Sacred Sword Trophy, and finally, the Grumond Grassland necklace from Fame by killing mobs and delivering as reputation to an NPC with a symbol of a Blue Box or something.
Note 1: The best heroic trait is Guardian, it's a green one, provides more defense and +5 to all elemental resistances. This really helps players from not getting one-shot by Bosses, for example.
Note 2: Play with double elemental resistance certificates +5 (blue + yellow) to go along with the vendetta set you get from a level 30-40 quest. All combined, you'll have 30 elemental resistances, which you can increase even more with trophy charms for the trophies, at least 8 points each if you choose Warrior level 3 or level 2.There are many more things I hope to include soon in a guide I'm preparing for new players.

In the case of Eden Eternal, it goes like this:
You need an item called "Pet Nametag", which you can get using a tradeable altar coin. This Coin is called "Pet Reward Coin", and you exchange it with NPC Big Bear in Aven, just outside the portal.

Hello,
Please consider the following:
Before Patch V100, character and class experience worked differently than it does now it seems to me. So what i'm going to tell you is what all the players including me did before patch V100. There may be changes, such as going up much more than before. Take it as a reference.
1.-Keep doing quest/books maps 'till lvl 90/91, if u get stucked on lvl 90/91, doing quest at shaxia basin map till lv 94.
2.-keep doing quest/books maps 'till lvl 104, do reps at Crystal Utopia till lvl 105 and continue leveling.
3.-I think you will go up to level 120/125 when changes patch v100.

get new weapons lv 115 like as Axe of Oblivion even is only 100% base weapon dmg, It is something very important to start doing pve.
