Start from the point "Queen's Launcher has stopped working" even if you haven't run into these errors, if you haven't already. With newer computer/windows systems a lot of this seems mandatory at this point.

Another thing I'd suggest is that if you have Avast Firewall deactivated, put SB and as many of its files you can on the Windows Firewall exceptions. If the Avast Firewall is down, chances are the Windows Firewall is active.

Based on what you're describing, SB crashed during the loading process. This is something that just about everyone deals with. Some more frequently than others. From what I understand, this is usually driven by a background application, driver, etc. interfering with SB. One thing I noticed you didn't mention was the firewall. If you're using Avast, you're either probably using the Avast Firewall or the Windows Firewall. Which one are you using?

Yes. There is a Nemesis v2, which is accessible from the lounge. Dungeons there are the same as the ones in Nemesis.

That usually means something in the background is interfering with SB, such as another third party program or driver.

A miner detail. PvP builds are more likely to work in PvE than PvE working for PvP.

If it's the boss I'm thinking of, wait the reflect buff out and attack when its down.

We're not detecting issues on our end with respect to emails being sent out. If you don't see it in your spam or junk folder, then it's likely there is a system that is rejecting the emails and preventing them from reaching your inboxes.
You might need to reach out to the email services about this matter and see if they have been rejecting emails from the vendettagn.com domain.

That's been hitting us as well and is a recurring issue. Just give it some time and try again. I recall Zincite calling it a CDN issue.
You can try flushing the DNS and closing other applications down like Discord, but that could be purely a psychological matter than anything else. I usually do it and it works fine afterwards. Again, could be psychological.

If you haven't already, put SB on the whitelist of your anti-virus and firewall. Not just that xm.exe.
