Be sure you have the entire SB folder on exceptions of your anti-virus. Have the SB exe, SBLauncher, and the xm application in the xigncode folder on exceptions of your firewall. Turning them off isn't sufficient.
Set windows compatibility to Windows 7 or below.
For some, all it takes is trying again. For others, there's something else interfering with SB from loading.

Sounds like you haven't tried putting the entire SB folder on exceptions of your Anti virus. Also put SB on exceptions of your firewall. Turning the anti-virus and firewall off is not sufficient.

close everything and try again. Just means something is interfering with SB loading. Also make sure SB is running as Administrator.

I just tested it without regard of what the character screen says and the Enhanced Arkana Racer does indeed drive at 180, when it should be 190.

Regarding the atl100.dll issue, did you use the links in
and installed them using the provided .exe files? You're better off using those instead of manually finding the .dlls and placing them into your folder.

I don't see these chips ever seeing play. The idea of having both mobile concealment AND detect is BS...
SW doesn't even need detect with Gas. Just drop it like depth charges against subs.Honestly, the idea of PU having another cocoon that is essentially Poison Gas randomly crossed my mind. Just can't manually aim deploy it, cannot be deployed while in stealth, and lasts longer. CD and radius? I dunno

Sw is troublesome as it is right now. It takes so much to kill 1 in mass pvp because of all the smoke / debuff and medic buff.
Please dont think sw is weak just because it cannot 1 combo a tank.
The changes that might benefit the balance are
1) detection in punisher's mind over body and dot removal in 'in plain sight'
I recall having this discussion before concerning In Plain Sight and I also recall this not being doable. Have to go with either remove debuff or not removing debuff.
2) dot reduction in SE's inner sight
Why? Gas or just DoTs in general?
3) ch acc and acc in cb's reckless shout
I'm not sure about this one, either.
1&2 changes wont break the equilibrium right now.
3 might mess up the equilbrium but it needs testing

Personally I would want just concealment and not the detection because the SW already has a hard time getting enough concealment, protection, and DPS that I have to sacrifice concealment and protection if I want to kill certain characters in pvp. So, it would push some players to sacrifice some of their skill points in one thing or another too.

If it's the magic grade one, I wouldn't lose much sleep over it. You would've replaced it down the road, anyways.

Place SB and the Launcher on Firewall exceptions as well, if you haven't already.
This may be of use to you as well.

DoT Reduce isn't necessary for SW. I would recommend CP regen to mitigate CP consumption from your Cybersuit and Movement Speed for faster getaways. Though Movement Speed is a preference of mine.

For what game? If it's SB and the sub-passwords, you can file a ticket and have GM Level support reset them for you.

Usually whenever I run into this, I close all programs/applications that I know has a history interfering with SB and flush the DNS. Once SB is back up and running, then I open those applications again. I also make sure the SB, SBLauncher, and the xm applications are set to run as administrator and compatibility mode to Windows XP SP3.
It would also help if you told us more about your computer and what it runs.

You're best off using the installation exe applications for the c++ and the Directx9 matters, as opposed to installing the individual files manually. Even if Windows 11 has newest ones downloaded, running/installing the older applications should not cause any issues.
