For SE: I think its better to combine the effects of hex, exhaust and subjugate into one skill. It takes too much time to debuff a target with 3 skills. I think inner sight could provide a small accuracy bonus or transfer the accuracy bonus of light speed to inner sight instead.

I personally would not mind this.

  2. Major Mechs are extensions of the uni mechs, from what I remember.  Just as how there was a regular Uni mech, there is a Major Mech and has additional abilities on top of what the regular Uni mech has.

If memory serves, the 30s tier uni Epona was like any other rare mech, but higher stats.  The Major Mech version of said Epona has Stealth, which the regular Uni Epona lacks.

SGs for +6-+8, I don't think are of that important due to the number of players who can even make +9 without narak or SG, myself as one of them. Sure I fail a lot, but I can do it eventually and the lower levels aren't running out of stardust to enhance anytime soon. Sure gold could be a problem, but items to enhance is easy to get.

At the lower levels, I find myself having problems getting stardusts to upgrade stuff outside of dungeons.  There's also the matter of little gold to acquire at those tiers as well,

I find+8 to be a pain at times and +9 is worse.  In fact, I'd never go beyond +8 without SGs.

Again, lets not take our resources for granted and assume the newer players can do it as nonchalantly like we can.

  4. I could see using the Dog Tags for stuff that would be used in PvP.  Take buff potions, for example.  The items you're suggesting should remain as is or go to the AP shop.  That's just me.

Oh!  Here's a few dime-a-dozen dog tags in exchange for a stupidly hard to to get tool that isn't remotely close to COTS or for a meteor.

Drasilmarsh drop rare trinkets quite often. It can also drop earring, but not in ogung, you need to farm level 24 mobs, and you can see earring. So it's ok.

BC drop rings in same way: you need to kill the level 28-29 mobs in the rooms, and with a lot of luck you can see a rare ring. And it's ok too: if people drop rings in mainframe, their price will fall to 1 gold in no time.

SF mobs level 32-33 drop rare earrings.  And Unique Weapons if memory serves and those abysmal rates I don't think changed from Aeria days

No need to see earrings in IV: IV is still the most profitable dungeon for lowbies.

I agree the dungeons should change by Abyssal Temple and next. As someone stated few time ago, 95% of new players leave game around level 42-45. So THE problem of Scarlet Blade is absolutely related to that range. So yes, nerf a bit mobs and sub bosses (Simon is the only one good atm), make Zeta uniqs drops and rare earrings. Nerf Nemesis bosses (Catherine is the only one good atm) and make then drop uniqs a bit more often (similar to Viledon bosses can be good). Catherine should drop uniq accessories too like Asmodeus.
