Hello, I tried to make an lv8 (65+) enchantment to put on my lv65 Set (Zeus), and the game wouldn't let me do it saying that the NPC doesn't have lv for this. If we are in a lv65 cap and have an lv65 + item it should be enabled, because in the same Npc's it is possible to make lv65 items like Necklaces and Rings. The spell asks for lv65 materials as well. Take my doubt about why this happens. thank you. ^^
