Hi again, I've figured it out. My account information was wiped at the midnight mark and I was unfortunate enough to be registering around that time. I was able to create a new account with the same info and was able to sign in.

Thank you for responding! I can verify that I am entering my username in all lowercase and my password is entered with casing in mind. I use a password manager so it should not be a typing error on my part. Is it possible that something else is happening?

Hi all, I'm really excited to try playing Eden Eternal again. I've made two accounts (one for the forums and one for the games) The forums account began working right away, but I get this error every time after logging into the game account when trying to download EE "Information you entered was incorrect." I did get a verification email, but when clicking the link, I was sent to a registration page that says "ERROR: Unable to locate the requested information." I am not sure what else I can do, so I am looking for guidance here. Thanks,
