I put in a ticket and all they keep doing is sending me an email to reset the one I have for Eden Eternal . Eden Eternal is working fine. Am I missing something here ?

Hi everyone, I finally am able to get SB to start. But when the create second passcode comes up it won't let me confirm it. I can only put the first one in. Any ideas ?

I was finally able to DL SB . I installed it and can get to the play game screen. It starts to load and the icon before opening up pops on but then it just stops and shuts itself off. I have two monitors and it keeps opening up in between them.
